My dad brought Dylan some pop firecrackers from home..."More, grandpa!"
Then he learned he could step on them to make them pop too.
Our master griller hard at work!
And some yummy cupcakes to finish it off :-)
Dylan has never been to a baseball game so we took him and my parents to a Frisco Roughriders baseball game. He actually made it longer than we thought he would...we didn't have to leave until 9:45pm! Dylan's usual bedtime is 8pm, so I was hoping putting him down at 10:20 would ensure a late start the next morning...it didn't.
Around the end of the 3rd inning Dylan needed a break from the "be-ball", so luckily they have a playground area for kiddos...wee!!!
On Friday we took my parents & Joey to the beach at Little Elm Park. It was our first time going this summer, so we were excited to visit it again.
I just can't waste an opportunity to get some great pictures of Dylan!
The rest of the day was spent with Dylan slam-dunking to his heart's content (with some help from Uncle Joey).
We had such a fun visit with my parents & Joey and are so grateful they made the long drive to come see us. We're so happy Dylan was able to visit with both sets of grandparents...he is not loved enough ;-) Next on our agenda: potty train the boy (not Keith)! We'll start on Monday with Marshall Potty Boot Camp, and we're hoping it goes smoothly with as little clean-up as possible...hoping!
