Dylan's Pre-K Graduation

Dylan graduated from Pre-K today from the best preschool. The Child Development Academy has truly been an amazing place for my baby boy to grow socially and academically. Thank you to all of his teachers at the CDA for helping him grow in every way and getting him kinder ready…and thank you to all of the amazing parents I’ve met along the way and had the pleasure of befriending…we’re connected forever and hope we can continue to keep in touch and share our kid’s stories and memories of elementary school (and have the occasional playdate to catch up)…just blessed in so many ways!

Then park fun with his friends afterwards :-)

We're on to the next chapter, which is kindergarten at my school! He's so excited and so am I!

Mommy/Dylan trip to the Dallas Zoo

While Keith and Keira were in Houston for Emily's graduation, Dylan and I had a fun weekend together. The last day we decided to head over to the zoo since it had FINALLY stopped raining and we wanted to check out the dinosaur exhibit they had there.

Dylan wasn't too sure about a lot of the dinosaurs and kept telling me to "back up" because he thought I was getting too close...

...but he did enjoy riding the T-Rex Express!

He also fed the giraffes for the first time!

On our way home we decided to try and find the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge that we see on the news (WFAA) all the time...I'm so glad we did because it was such a sight to see! Especially since the Trinity River is so full and flowing!
